Como contratar o seguro?
A contratação do seguro fiança é simples e ágil. Basta procurar uma seguradora e apresentar os seguintes documentos:
- RG;
- CPF;
- comprovante de residência;
- declaração de imposto de renda atual;
- 3 últimos extratos bancários (para autônomos);
- 3 últimos holerites (para empregados);
- cópia da carteira de trabalho;
- 3 últimos extratos de pensão (para aposentados);
- em caso de pessoa jurídica, o CNPJ e contrato social da empresa.
O valor do seguro fiança é pago pelo inquilino e é calculado com base nos montante dos 12 meses de aluguel, somados os encargos do período.
Quais os seus benefícios em relação às demais modalidades?
Na prática, o benefício é a independência para a contratação do aluguel, uma vez que não é preciso pedir para terceiros assumirem os riscos de quitar as suas dívidas ou dispor de um alto valor para pagar o depósito caução do imóvel.
Outro fator importante é que o seguro pode ser contratado direto com uma seguradora ou com seu corretor de seguros e, em alguns casos, pode haver o parcelamento do valor em até 12 vezes.
No quesito burocracia, o seguro é ainda mais eficiente. Após a solicitação da apólice e a entrega da documentação necessária, em até dois dias, em média, acontece a aprovação.
Assim, sabe-se que, na hora de alugar um imóvel, é essencial avaliar qual a modalidade de garantia de locação que você apresentará para fechar o contrato.
